Q: When does my service become affective?
Provided services become effective at 11:59 PM on the day of payment.

Q: Does RV U.S. provide for the delivery of gas should my RV or towing vehicle require?
If your RV or tow vehicle runs out of gas, an emergency supply will be delivered where possible. The RV U.S. Customer is responsible for the cost of gas. Vehicles which require diesel will be towed to the nearest diesel station.

RV U.S. will dispatch and provide for a service provider to tow the RV to the nearest qualified repair facility.

RV U.S. provides for the delivery of parts in order to avoid the necessity of being towed.

All vehicles involved in an RV or trailering breakdown are provided for with your RV U.S. Card.

Q: Does RV U.S. Roadside Assistance provide lock-out service?
RV U.S. will pay for a service provider to attempt to gain entry into your RV or Tow vehicle but does not provide for replacement costs.

Q: Is the RV U.S. Card accepted as payment for roadside services?
When service is dispatched by the RV U.S. 24-hour dispatch center, your RV U.S. card will act as payment for provided for services as listed in the RV U.S. Service Agreement.

Q: What is Stuck Vehicle Service?
If your RV becomes stuck in a shallow ditch or mud, a service provider will be dispatched to winch the vehicle free, as long as it can be safely reached from a normally traveled road or established thoroughfare.

Q: Do you offer technical assistance with my RV?
If your RV becomes disabled,. we will dispatch a service provider to assist you with the problem. If they are unable to repair the problem, they will tow you to the nearest qualified repair facility or safe location.

Q: If I borrow an RV can I use my RV U.S. service?
RV U.S. will dispatch a service provider to assist you, but will not provide payment for the service. The RV must be legally owned, registered, licensed and operated by the RV U.S. customer for payment to be provided.

Q: Will you pay to install or remove snow tires on my RV?
RV U.S. will dispatch a service provider to assist you, but does not provide payment to install or remove snow chains or other like equipment.

Q: If I sell my RV, is the roadside assistance transferable?
The RV U.S. Roadside Assistance package is non-transferable.

Q: Does your service provide payment for assistance involving accidents?
RV U.S. will provide payment for assistance when your RV is involved in an accident pending your insurance or other prepaid towing services are not providing for the same incident.

Q: Does RV U.S. Provide towing of my RV for donation drop-off?
RV U.S. will assist you with dispatch assistance, but does not provide towing payment if the intent is to sell, donate or dispose of your RV.

Q: If my RV currently requires service, may I join RV U.S. and be eligible for provided services?
RV U.S. will dispatch a service provider to assist you, but will not provide payment for pre existing conditions.

Q: What if I am in Mexico and need roadside assistance?
When traveling outside the U.S. & Canada, you may secure the commercial assistance of your choice and RV U.S. will provide reimbursement in accordance with the RV U.S. Service Agreement.
